Grey Card - Traffic Controller (Non-Construction)
Description
This course provides training for staff who are required to control traffic with a Stop-Slow bat. This course will provide participants with the knowledge, skills and attitudes to perform traffic control safely for their co-workers and the public.

Target
Any person who may be required to control traffic using a Stop-Slow bat in non-construction industry, such as Security Staff, Car Park Attendants, Event Staff etc.
Content
- Understand the role of a Traffic Controller.
- Apply the procedures of traffic controlling within a worksite.
- Operate a 2-way radio correctly and effectively.
- Promote the role of traffic controller in the community.
Pre-Requisites
- Adequate literacy; hold or have previously held
- A NSW P2 Drivers Licence or equivalent or higher; or have held
- A NSW Traffic Controller Photo ID card (expired within the last two years)
Duration
One (1) day course - (training and assessment)
Group Size
Minimum five (10) people.
Maximum fifteen (15) people.
Location
2 Brett Street, REVESBY (Revesby Workers Club) or onsite by request.
Times
Course commences at 8:00am sharp.
Course concludes at approximately 4:00pm.
Fee Structure
- Public (Sydney) - $235.00 per person (GST exempt);
- On-site - fee by request;
- Price includes training, reference materials and documentation.
Terms & Conditions
- Payment is required upon receipt of invoice (COD).
- All changes/transfers and cancellations must be received in writing.
- Transfers (for all days of a course) are available prior to the commencement of a course. If notification is received five (5) working days prior to course commencement, our admin fee is waived.
- If a transfer is made less than five (5) working days prior to the commencement of a course, an admin fee of $50 plus GST ($55 incl.) per transfer per person.
- Transfers are not available if notified any later than after 5pm on the working day prior to the course commencement.
- If a cancellation is received five (5) working days or more prior to the course commencement no fee is payable.
- If a cancellation is received less than five (5) working days prior to the course commencement, the full course fee is payable.
- If there is non-attendance at the course and no notification received prior to course commencement, the full course fee is payable.
- Due to facility and trainer booking requirements all onsite/in-house courses that are changed, transferred or cancelled, less than ten (10) working days prior to the commencement of a course, will incur an admin fee of 50% of the total course fee.
