Course Terms and Conditions

Payment is required upon receipt of invoice (COD).

All changes/transfers and cancellations must be received in writing.

For 1-4 day Short Courses: Transfers (for all days of a course) are available prior to the commencement of a course. If notification is received five (5) working days prior to course commencement, our administration fee is waived.

If a Short Course transfer is made less than five (5) working days prior to the commencement of a course, an administration fee of $50 plus GST ($55 incl.) per transfer, per person.

Short Course transfers are not available if notified any later than after 5pm on the working day prior to the course commencement.

If a cancellation for a Short Course is received five (5) working days or more prior to the course commencement no fee is payable.

If a cancellation for a Short Course is received less than five (5) working days prior to the course commencement, the full course fee is payable.

If there is a non-attendance at the Short Course and no notification is received prior to course commencement, the full course fee is payable.

Due to facility and trainer booking requirements all Onsite/in-house courses that are changed, transferred or cancelled, less than ten (10) working days prior to the commencement of a course, will incur an administration fee of 50% of the total course fee.

Should your Onsite/in-house training venue be located outside of the Sydney Metropolitan area, there will be an additional cost for travel/accommodation expenses. This will be charged at cost and will be invoiced upon completion of the training session.

Client Declaration

  • I understand that IF the students in the course are completing flexible delivery First Aid training they need to either have a current First Aid Certificate, or have completed a workbook and manual prior to the course. If not, The Change Network has the right to postpone the training until this requirement is met.
  • I confirm that the above listed details are correct and approved and I understand that there is a minimum charge per course, which will be invoiced if the course fails to run on the scheduled date and/or runs for less than the minimum number of students.
