Duration

This course is a half day training session (up to 4 hours), depending on group size and your level of previous experience.

Target

Any one working with a EWP under 11m

Course Content

Site inspections
Hazard identification/Controls
Pre-operational safety checks
Identify and understand safety decals, operators manuals and compliance plates
Use of operations logbook
Practical safe operation of the EWP
Safety harness use and regulations
Emergency descent procedures
PPE required
Yellow Ticket training can be done on either boom lifts under 11M, Scissor Lift OR both.
All participants meeting assessment criteria will be issued an Elevating Work Platform Association.

Pre-requisites

Participants must be over 18 years of age, able to speak and understand English and provide suitable identification.

Course location

Our site is at Unit 15, 55-57 Newton Road, Wetherill Park, NSW, 2164. It is designed for training groups of up to 8 people. We have an indoor/outdoor facility, so you can be assured that rain, heat, or high winds will not affect your training or assessment dates.

Course time

Training - please arrive by 8:30am
Concludes approx 12:30pm
