This qualification is suitable for autonomous individuals who identify and apply project management skills and knowledge in a wide variety of contexts. Job titles for these roles may include contracts officers, project administrators, quality officers and small business operators.

Individuals in these roles might be members of a project team, with no direct responsibility for overall project outcomes. Primarily, these roles would support wider project operations. They may use project tools and methodologies selectively to support organisational or business activities.
Successfully completing this program will provide you with technical skills that can be applied to many roles in management and leadership including projects and risk management skills.

Job roles that this course is suitable for include:
Small Business Operators
Individuals looking to have existing skills formally recognised
Face to Face – Regular scheduled training sessions facilitated by highly qualified, industry professional trainer covering one or two units per session and assessments.
Intensive Workshop – A number of intensive (one or two day) workshop sessions in which the entire group gathers to work through the course together. This option requires work in your own time also.
Blended – This option may suit individuals who can attend some but not all of the sessions described above and are happy to do some of the course work in their own time.
We strongly believe that everyone has a preferred learning style and we will flexibly adapt the course to suit your individual needs.
There are no formal entry requirements into the BSB41515 Certificate IV in Project Management Practice.
Applicants will be advised before enrolment that there will be an assessment of their Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) skills. The purpose of the LLN online test is to ensure that participants have the LLN skills needed to undertake their course. It will also show how The Change Network can assist participants in any areas where they may need help while studying with us.
Should any LLN needs be identified at the time of enrolment, The Change Network will make the necessary efforts to ensure that the participant is given every opportunity to achieve a successful outcome.
Where it isn't possible to meet the applicant's LLN needs, they will not be allowed to start a course until the necessary LLN skills are acquired.
